Plitsoft / StreamZet
A remote-management platform for unattended devices
Monitors and controls POS systems, kiosks, tablets, and DID from a web browser.

The service in context
StreamZet is PLITSOFT’s own service for managing POS terminals, kiosks, tablets, and digital signage from a web browser. Operators can inspect connected devices across locations, then open an individual screen to respond. The product connects an overview of the device estate with the practical actions needed to support equipment in the field.
How people use it
Connect the managed device
Install an agent on the device to enable remote access. The operator uses the web console to review connected equipment, without installing a separate control application on the administrator’s computer.
Inspect the operating state
Review device status, network connectivity, resource usage, and application status and logs together. These views provide context for deciding which device needs attention and where to begin investigating.
See the screen and act
View the screen in real time and control it with a mouse and keyboard. Continue maintenance with application or system restart, shutdown, and file transfer when those actions are needed.
Capabilities and implementation scope
A console for observation and action
Fleet-level monitoring and individual remote sessions serve different tasks within one browser-based product: finding the relevant device, understanding its state, and carrying out support actions.
Device-specific connection paths
A Windows agent, Android support, and an iOS SDK provide device-specific connection paths. Browser access on the control side is distinct from installation or integration on the managed device.
Connection and integration options
The service supports P2P connections and DTLS-SRTP encryption. Group management and SDK/API options extend the offering for organizations with different device-management and integration needs.
